What is the error, i had this and had to increase the php.ini
memory_limit from 80mb to 160mb due to the amout to data it was trying to sync

When you change it, you will have to restart apache or the web server to load new php settings

cheers

Please provide a screen shot of the problem as well as the contents of your Error Log (SyncWorks button -> Event Log...)

Microsoft released an "Update for Outlook 2003" and an "Update for Microsoft Office" in their regular patch cycle yesterday (second tuesday of each month) - and this has seemed to fix problems.

At what step of the synchronization process does the crash occur?

This step:

When I let it crash once, and then reopen it - it completes without crashing.

When I open it a third time, it crashes. A fourth time, it works etc.
