Hi,
I bought Supportsuite + syncworks over a year ago and have never used it yet because I need syncworks to work with outlook in order for the product to be any use to my company. I am very busy most of the time and have only been able to look at this problem when I get a spare hour. I have the latest syncworks and zend build of supportsuite, but I get this error when syncronizing:

Can anyone see anything obvious here, I'm using Outlook 2003 ang Exchange 2003. Any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated.
