Hi,

Myself and my partner use the task feature in Kayako to log company ideas, small jobs to be done etc so we can keep track of them but unfortuantly when you come to sync it into outlook you only get your tasks rather than all the tasks in the system.

Maybe you should have an option in syncwords to sync more than one user in your outlook.

Ok fair enough, does the word plan mean it might take a few months before this kinda feature appears?

Tell you the feature I want most is to able to run syncwords in silent mode. I really dont want to see it pop up everytime when it syncs my data

Have you opened a Feature Request for that in the bug tracker? We have lots of requests for features, but only the ones that are formally filed will be implemented.
