Outlook 2007. I was just playing with it tonight and it occurred to me that it could be the case. Our entire office is now on the latest 2007 as its quite stable so we can get a head start on the package. There is no workaround to get it fired up I assume? Eric, Try this on for size: http://forums.kayako.com/showthread....2095#post42095 You should first uninstall any SyncWorks that are installed, then re-install this build. -------------------------------------------------------------------
