The only reason that those file(s) couldn't be written is that they're currently open by another program (another copy of Outlook). Either that, or the directory has somehow been marked as read-only? I'd look into those items. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Peder, Please wait for .98 stable, I bet that all your SyncWorks issues should be resolved with that. ehoffman, what version of Outlook do you have installed? If the path is not discovered properly it may be because you're using a non-supported version -------------------------------------------------------------------
