Question Only synchronises appointments server to outlook - 21-08-2007, 02:50 PM

Hi,

I have just upgraded to the latest stable builds of Supportsuite (3.11.01) and Syncworks (3.1.1.6). Everything works now except appointments from Outlook 2003 to Server, it will bring appointments from supportsuite to outlook but not the other way round. I've tried deleting all my appointments from outlook, but I still get this error.

21/08/2007 15:33:05 Logging in to 'http://www.domain.com/support/' with user name 'user'
21/08/2007 15:33:06 Logged in successfully. Session ID = {1e6db16b030bc47faf1bbeb000295e73}, Staff ID = {0}, Compression = true
21/08/2007 15:33:09 Generated 19331 bytes of XML for shipment to server.
21/08/2007 15:33:39 An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server:

Received unexpected response from server (invalid header)!

Data: (<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in <b>F:\path\Web\SupportSuite\includes\functions.php </b> on line <b>472</b><br />
)

Error: <No extended error information available>

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks

Try optimising the tables in your database (Admin CP -> Database -> Repair/Optimize -> Optimize All at the bottom).

Thanks for that, when i press optimize all it comes back with

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in F:\path\Web\SupportSuite\includes\functions.php on line 472

Does this indicate a problem with a particular table ?

I'm not concerned with losing any data as we are not live with this system yet.

Well it can be down to large databases but as it is just a test enviroment at the moment, it won't be that.

Increase your php time limit in php.ini to 120 (or more) and restart Apache.
