outlook 2002 and syncworks not installing

I installed syncworks and it was working... then it started to crash my outlook 2002. soon it asked me to disable that extension or some other message, but I can't remember the error... which I did it to make sure I could use outlook.

now it doesn't appear at all in my list as I want to use it since I purchased. I have uinstalled, reinstalled, etc.... I went into the options->advanced options->manage add-ins and made sure it is checked, and it is as an add-in... so I know it's not disabled in there...

I don't get any menu system for it though? any ideas? I'm thinking some registry setting is turning it off...

as a side note, I was having it crash when I synchronized tasks...
