Outlook SyncWorks - What is it supposed to do?

What is SyncWorks supposed to do?
It pops up and seems to know how many contacts and calendar entries I have in Outlook... it flies by so cant read it.

Then it goes away. I dont see anything in the calendar or contacts on the support desk side. I created an event to see if it went back the other way, but that doesnt seem to do anything either.

is there some kind of log I can look at?

OK I finally found the button on Outlook to set up the options. they were all checked off so nothing was happening.

now I am getting time outs.

Also i would be really nice if the private check box in outlook carried over to the HD

Maybe add a new few words to the end of the install to tell users to look for the button in Outlook
