Question The session has expired. - 01-06-2008, 06:10 PM

Hi, if I try to synchronize my Outlook 2007 with SyncWorks I get the following error:

LiveResponse and other all other parts og SupportSuite works fine. I tried every fixes described here in the forum and the KB (DB, config, php.ini).

Have you tried reinstalling SyncWorks using the latest version at http://hotfix.kayako.com

Also, what version of Kayako's core php software are you running?

I'm running V3.20.02.
hotfix.kayako.com doesn't work.

Are you saying the hotfix site doesn't load or that you installed the latest version from there and it didn't work?

I'm running SupportSuite Version 3.20.02 and installed SyncWork from this link: http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...&interactive=0 a few days ago.

But now, the page "hotfix.kayako.com" doesn't work. So I can't check my version.

Ah yes, looks like Kayako's hamster has died. It isn't working for me either.

okay, SyncWorks 3.2.4.23 runs without an error. However you should update the files in the supportsuite.3.20.02.stable.zendopen.tar.gz package linked in the member-area.

The files inside the members area will be updated when the next build is run.
