small SyncWorks issue which is annoying :(

Hi

We are experiencing issues with SyncWorks whereby if we synchronise outlook and then go into outlook on another computer and change a contact it changes it to Private, even thou they are all Public

Any ideas would be appreciated

Also every 15 mins a dialog pops up is there a way for it to sync hidden so that it doesn't affect users using outlook.
