We are in the process of adding our Legal dept to our SupportSuite system. They have requested that we set up the SyncWorks clients for their Outlook. They have individual calendars, but almost all appointments are shown on a separate group calendar for the department in Outlook. Is there a way for SyncWorks to also synchronize the group calendar so that they may see all the department's appointments in SupportSuite? |

Currently, SyncWorks only synchronizes appointments to/from the default calendar in Outlook. However, we do appreciate the fact that you require further functionality and would be happy to entertain a feature request for shared calendars.
