Sync works plug-in - 18-09-2007, 01:34 PM

I used the demo version of sync works with outlook 2007 and it worked fine until today. Now when I launch outlook Syncworks does not come up. When I go to add the plug in back I get the error not a valid add-in. Anyone have any suggestions. I've removed the software and added it back to no avail.

Try the latest (note this is a build marked as unstable but the testers say it works fine) from the hot fix server -> http://hotfix.kayako.com/syncworks/K...E-3.2.4.19.exe

I was able to get it to work by hard entering the path in the registry.
Now I get the following error.

I've replied back to support. Rather current official release before trying a build. Do the new builds add any features?

No that's the correct url. I got a message from support about it.
http://forums.kayako.com/archive/index.php/t-4091.html

That solved it.

Oh, its just that I got server not found when going to it. It is an internal link I take it?

Anyway, glad you got it sorted.

Thanks for the suggestions. You wouldn't happen to have an answer to my post about LDAP would you?

Yes that is a totally internal link, not even available to users yet, we're still sorting through the app ourselves.
