Synchronize Two outlook contact directories

hey,

I have one shared contact directory on public folder, where all employees add their contacts.

What I want to do is to Sync that shared contact directory with my business contact manger business contact directory. so that if any one adds/changes any contact in to shared folder then it can get changed on my business contact manger directory.

If you guys can help me to set up outlook to do so.. I would really appreciate your help and will save me.
