I think it's great that I can interface eSupport and Outlook data fields using SyncWorks. This useful to me because I can interface Outlook with ACT which should allow me to get eSupport information into our ACT customer database. ACT is popular CRM software. See www.act.com Any thoughts on interfacing eSupport/SupportSuite directly with ACT? Even though ACT has been around for years it has limited Internet connectivity and no provisions for getting web form data into ACT. There are third-party programs, but the prices are astounding.  |
