Syncworks appears to sync - but nothing appears in SupportSuite - 10-01-2007, 10:14 PM

Syncworks version is: 3.1.0.2 - evaluation only currently...
SupportSuite version is: 3.04.10
Outlook 2003 fully ServicePacked.

Syncworks log is:-

Everything appears to work - but there is nothing in the Teamwork screens.

Any ideas anyone?

I get the same problem when I try to sync from outlook 2002 to kayako. Activating the option to sync from kayako to outlook I get an invalid header message.

I am having this same issue. Just upgraded Support Suite to Version 3.20.02 Stable and installed the SyncWorks version included in that file. (So the latest copies of both software) I am using Outlook 2007 in Cached Mode and RPC/HTTP.

When I sync, it looks like everything is great, but nothing ever shows up in the teamwork section of Support Suite.

The following is from the SyncWorks Log:

Nevermind...WORKAROUND - 08-09-2008, 04:50 PM

I figured my issue out. The problem is that Sycnworks / Kayako does not handle attachments in tasks at all. Once I removed all tasks that had attachements, the sync worked correctly.
