Syncworks Error on Hosted Kayako

Hi There,
I have just subscribed to a monthly hosted version of Kayako eSupport to evaluate it for my business. The teamwork module coupled with syncworks is a huge need for me but for the life of me I cannot get Syncworks working. I tried on a 7 day demo and when that would not work I purchased a monthly hosted yet still no luck. Here is the latest log file. If anybody has a moment to have a quick look I'd really appreciate it.

Contact Kayako Support, they will fix the issue. Although I am not sure why you getting a Call-time pass-by-reference error as it has been fixed in the latest build.
