After reading many discouraging posts on this and some comments that I could re-vocalize I think I am going to try to be positive on this situation. There seems to be one person out there that has this down and working. I just got into sync "not working" a couple of days ago (teach me to read forums first) but for my company it is a needed function. I am a simple situation; Hosting is done by Kayako but the sync client doesnt want to jive with the server. (see print screen error 1) After entering a ticket to the system I was sent a link to a patches for sync "not working" and directed to download the latest patch. I down loaded Syncworks-11-10-06.exe which is dated Oct 12, 2006. After applying the patch Outlook 2003 really got pissed and puked a few more errors but in simplicity sake said "I dont like the .dll and I won't use it" Now to the poor sap who is reading this right now who might have an answer to my woes (which I am thankfull for) I did this to 2 diffrent machines and had the same response on both of them. A person from another post requested a silver bullet? could you please send the box my way?

Something is definately not right here, For some reason the server isnt sending the output it seems.
