Maybe try upgrading your SupportSuite. That is an old version now. Latest is 3.10.02. If that still doesn't work, submit a ticket in the support area and someone in support will look into your administration area to see if anything is set wrong. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Hi, I would definitely suggest upgrading your SupportSuite to 3.10.02, as many fixes have been applied to SyncWorks in that version.
