I've noticed that SyncWorks will steal the focus from a Windows application even if it is minimized. The GUI for syncworks is quite obtrusive... I would really eliminate the GUI and perform the synchronization steps in the background... for example, look at how Outlook itself polls email... it does it in the background and if you want to Show Details then you just click on a button to see the progress. The stealing focus problem is very annoying though. |
