What's SyncWorks?

SyncWorks is a plug-in program designed for Microsoft Outlook. It provides a simple interface for synchronizing data from eSupport/SupportSuite to your personal PC and vice-versa.

Upon synchronization, depending on the configuration (currently being implemented, Jan 3rd 2006), SyncWorks will perform the following operations:

• Add any new/modified Contacts (from Address Book) in Outlook to eSupport/SupportSuite
• Delete any deleted Contacts in Outlook from eSupport/SupportSuite
• Add any new/modified Tasks in Outlook to eSupport/SupportSuite
• Delete any deleted Tasks in Outlook from eSupport/SupportSuite
• Add any new/modified Appointments in Outlook to eSupport/SupportSuite
• Delete any deleted Appointments in Outlook from eSupport/SupportSuite
• Add any new/modified Contacts in eSupport/SupportSuite to Outlook's Address Book
• Delete any deleted Contacts in eSupport/SupportSuite from Outlook's Address Book
• Add any new/modified Tasks in eSupport/SupportSuite to Outlook
• Delete any deleted Tasks in eSupport/SupportSuite from Outlook
• Add any new/modified Appointments in eSupport/SupportSuite to Outlook
• Delete any deleted Appointments in eSupport/SupportSuite from Outlook

All of these types of data transfer can be turned on and off depending on your needs. For example, one user might want to only transfer data from eSupport/SupportSuite to Outlook, while another user just the opposite.
