FYI, The release from yesterday (3.20.00 Unstable) contains the New Ticket functionality from KayakoMobile. This build is more or less the exact build that will be marked as stable later this week if no show-stoppers are discovered. Using that build of the server software, and the 3.1.3.7 build of KayakoMobile (Kayako Software Downloads) you will be able to use the New Ticket functionality. NOTE: Even though this build of the Kayako Mobile client appears to support custom fields, *it does not*. The custom fields implementation is still missing from the server software. You will be able to create new tickets, but custom fields will simply not be transferred. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Don't forget: you need to delete the file "Kayako Mobile.db" in the KayakoMobile directory when upgrading. -------------------------------------------------------------------
