I've tried this. I've also tried re-installing Kayako Mobile on my WM2003. Whenever I try to sync, I get "Failed to query database. Error: no such table: deletes."

I haven't even tried to create a new ticket yet.
Matthew,

I believe I already replied to your e-mail regarding this. Please check your inbox.

I've re-sent the e-mail Matthew. Looks like the e-mail address I had for you wasn't the right one.

FYI,

The release from yesterday (3.20.00 Unstable) contains the New Ticket functionality from KayakoMobile. This build is more or less the exact build that will be marked as stable later this week if no show-stoppers are discovered.

Using that build of the server software, and the 3.1.3.7 build of KayakoMobile (Kayako Software Downloads) you will be able to use the New Ticket functionality.

NOTE: Even though this build of the Kayako Mobile client appears to support custom fields, *it does not*. The custom fields implementation is still missing from the server software. You will be able to create new tickets, but custom fields will simply not be transferred.

Don't forget: you need to delete the file "Kayako Mobile.db" in the KayakoMobile directory when upgrading.

Ryan, I just upgraded to the latest version, removed the Kayako Mobile.db file. It still gives me an error after syncing: Failed to query database. error: no such table deletes

Try removing the database before opening kayakomobile. The program only recreates it if it does not exist on startup.
