It's hard to say Jeremy, adding new features to KayakoMobile isn't at the top our TODO list, but we'll definitely get to it as soon as we can. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Just to update you, the ability to create tickets is now included in KayakoMobile and will be available in the next release. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry Jeremy, We've decided to implement several other [large] features in the Kayako Mobile client and as a result, this release is taking longer than expected. Please keep checking the forums for news about the new Beta release. -------------------------------------------------------------------
