When it comes to Kayako, I'm usually very patient. But is there an updated ETA for this? It has been three months since the announced ETA was one month. Hi Guys, Apologies if you were waiting for a response from me. Rest assured that we are working on this feature, but we are also working on many other things simultaneously. We have been under a lot of pressure to fix bugs and release the 3.11.00 build, which we hope to accomplish very soon. Jeremy, I remember that you've been a Kayako Mobile user since the beginning, and I will be sure that your Support & Upgrades gets extended as long as it needs to in order for you to get this new build of Kayako Mobile. -------------------------------------------------------------------
