Was chatting to Ryan on the messenger and this cropped up. It is apparently waiting on the PHP side of it to be written before it can be released.

Sorry guys, Varun still hasn't implemented the server-side code for this feature. I would try to give you another time estimate but surely Varun would just make me look bad again

The best I can do is to tell you it will be in a future release, and Jeremym87, I will make sure you get your support + upgrades extended at least until this is available.

Ryan,

If you send me an overview of the new XML changes, I can probably get it implemented - as I've said before, this is a feature I really need.

Chris, I will see to it that Varun works on the server-side implementation of this stuff very soon. No offense, of course.

Regards,

I spoke to Ryan about this a few days ago and it is still waiting on Varun implementing it.

Craig is correct. We are waiting on the server-side PHP code to be finished.

My offer above still stands - let me know the XML the server-side needs to parse and I can do it.

To keep everyone up-to-date, Varun has completed the server-side code and now all that remains is to test.

Release it in the testers board and I'll do a bit of testing.

I'm a new Kayako Mobile user, and surprise! ... Can't add a new ticket?!

I am also eagerly awaiting the release of this feature. Reading the forums, I have a sense that some things really are shaping up with Kayako, despite some bad press now and then. Cheers to you all for the hard work, and let's get these essential features out there.
