Is that a ticket added via KM? If so, does that mean it is ready for release? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Yes - if you look closely at the subject of the ticket - "This ticket was created with KM". It is almost ready for testing - as usual, an announcement will be made when the stable is ready (if it was ready for release, it would have been released ).-------------------------------------------------------------------

When I said it was "ready for testing" what I meant was that Varun had written the preliminary server-side code and I was ready to begin DEVELOPMENT testing of the code. It was in no way shape or form ready for alpha or beta. I have fixed dozens of bugs and I will release an alpha of the KayakoMobile client as well as a patch for SupportSuite later today. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is the alpha build I promised: WM5/WM6: http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...uildtype=alpha PPC2003: http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...uildtype=alpha Note that you must update several files listed in the update from CVS in order for this to work at all. Please contact me directly with any bugs or suggestions. -------------------------------------------------------------------

REALLY wish Kayako would seporate our downloads inside the members area. Having to download 30mb+ for no reason is just annoying (to download 2 php files that need updating). The ability to browse the CVS server would be good too so we can pick files and download. Anyway, installing now and will test. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

craig, you need to delete your km.db file and then restart KM and let it re-create the db. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Why not run something on reinstall that either updates the database or recreates it? Bugs :- 1. After creating the new ticket and clicking sync, it shows the ticket you created twice. 2. It puts the new ticket into Kayako as overdue. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
