Question Blackberry 8700? - 15-11-2006, 06:13 PM

Using the hosted version of SupportSuite. Tried /pda and /wap and both do not work.

Any hints?

Is your Blackberry 8700 running Windows Mobile 5 if so you can download KayakoMobile and use that..

Dont know why /pda or /wap are not working you just try http://www.yourdomain.com/support/ without the pda or wap?

We run a hosted account (by Kayako) and it does not come with a /support directory.

What happens when you try to browse to /pda/ on your Blackberry?
