hi, does anyone know if it is possible to create a ticket from kayako mobile. We installed kayako mobile on our emergency out of hours support windows mobile 5 phone. But they tell me all they can do is manage exisiting tickets and not able to create a new ticket. This woul be very useful as if they get a cal they can log it straight away, from anywhere.
