Hi, Please try deleting the .DB file in the KayakoMobile directory manually, then restarting KayakoMobile. When it prompts to create the database, choose Yes. If this doesn't fix the problem, the new build we are releasing soon will contain better error reporting for database creation routines. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Would it not be another idea to have like a "Recreate Database" button inside the settings area or something like that? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Well, normally this should never happen. It occurs because sqlite is failing to create one of the tables for an unknown reason, and then further SQL queries fail because the table is missing. As soon as I figure out why this is happening, it should be a non-issue. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I suppose it would be handy to remove the database and start again to make a fresh start though. Having the option there wouldn't take much implementing and could come in handy. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Well, each time you run a sync, the database is cleared anyhow, so it's the functional equivalent of deleting it -- the creation is simply to generate the table structure, not actually fill it with any data. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Ah, didn't realise that. Suppose I haven't used it for anything other than having a little play with it so wouldn't know! lol Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I believe I have fixed this bug once and for all. It is an alpha, because it contains the "new ticket" functionality, but it should work just fine for all intents and purposes. If you would be so kind, download it from http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...uildtype=alpha for WM5 and 6 or http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...uildtype=alpha for PPC 2003 and MAKE SURE TO READ THE NOTES, as there are files you MUST update on the server or it will NOT work. ALSO NOTE: You must delete the "km.db" file from the KayakoMobile directory (usually /Program Files/KayakoMobile/) before running the updated build! Please report back here and let me know if this solves the problem for you all. -------------------------------------------------------------------
