Not sure if bugs with unstable releases should be posted on the bug tracker (can't even select that version on the tracker as it only lists the latest stable builds) however:
When updating the status of a ticket (changing it from Open -> Closed, for example), the ticket is updating fine, however the tree view on KayakoMobile is not updated to reflect the correct number of tickets open.
For example, before changing the ticket status the department/status select has the following format:
- General
- Open (1)
- On Hold
- Closed
- etc
After updating the ticket, and changing it to closed as well as performing a sync, the tree still says:
- General
- Open (1)
- On Hold
- Closed
- etc
Even though there are currently no open tickets - changes on the server seem to be made correctly (before this, this ticket was the only one open)
Note: Performing an additional sync after the previous sync corrects the issue as I am assuming a complete recount is done on each sync.
Anyone else replicate/confirm?
