Does Kayako Mobile work on a Blackberry Pearl?

No - the software is for Windows Mobile, so it won't work on a non-Windows platform.

Thanks Jamie. Does Kayako have plans to make this work on BB devices? I would think that since BB's are the most common PDA's now that they should be considering this.

Hi Siora,

There are no plans to port KayakoMobile to another device as of yet - it would not just be as simple as a port, as KayaKoMobile relies heavily on the Windows Mobile APIs and extensions.
