Hi there, Have you tried deleting the database (New Install: newnotes error) and allowing KayakoMobile to recreate one? -------------------------------------------------------------------

I believe I have fixed this bug once and for all. It is an alpha, because it contains the "new ticket" functionality, but it should work just fine for all intents and purposes. If you would be so kind, download it from http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...uildtype=alpha for WM5 and 6 or http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...uildtype=alpha for PPC 2003 and MAKE SURE TO READ THE NOTES, as there are files you MUST update on the server or it will NOT work. ALSO NOTE: You must delete the "km.db" file from the KayakoMobile directory (usually /Program Files/KayakoMobile/) before running the updated build!
