Question Error Parsing Tickets - 30-01-2008, 04:54 PM

I installed a demo version of KayakoMobile_3.1.0.8-STABLE.exe. While trying to Sync with our eSupport server, I receive an error message. At the bottom of the program window it states "Parsing Tickets (20 of 20)" and the status bar is reading 100%. The result is that I don't see any of the tickets on my device, although the tree says there are some open tickets and projects.

The error message states "One or more SQL errors occurred while parsing tickets and adding them to the database. Please see 'SQLErrors.log' in the KayakoMobile directory for detailed technical information."

I checked the log and the other thing that remotely looks like an error is the statement (and it seems to appear on each ticket):
unrecognized token: "@"

I have an AT&T 8525 (HTC Hermes 100) running Windows Mobile 6.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please open a support ticket and include login credentials for your desk so that I can try to duplicate the problem in a debugger.
