I scrubbed the system and still found this to happen. I asked this before during the beta tests.
Tell me where the system registers itself? I checked all the file paths and nuked it; tell me specifically where to look. My concern is Add/Remove is not doing its job with the uninstaller instructions in KayakoMobile, or this wouldn't be an issue.
I will be happy to create a Breeze session in which I can give you direct access to the device itself so you can observe my meaning.
