Error with WM5 - Microsoft Device Emulator

Hi,

I'm currently testing KayakoMobile (as supplied with SupportSuite 3.04) with Windows Media 5 on the Microsoft Device Emulator. I recieve the following error when trying to sync Kayako Mobile with my server ..
"Unable to access the appropriate network connection. Error 0x00000024"

I can browse the Internet (through our company's proxy server) no problems.

Any ideas?

You need to have a network connection set up in the emulator that is associted with the Internet.

Tap on the connectivity icon in the top bar on the Today screen, and then tap "manage connections."

You may also need to go in to the properties for the device emulator (through the menu in the PC window) and make sure that there is a virtual network connection set up.
