Hello,

Would it be possible for this application to support logging into multiple esupport installations?

I plan on getting another esupport installation going for a new project and would like to be able to use this application to work with both of them,

Also, do you have any plans to make this app. work with the today screen to show new tickets (check the helpdesk in the background).

At this point in time, we don't plan to allow multiple helpdesk access simultaneously with KayakoMobile. In the future, however, it is possible that we will add the ability to manage several accounts and choose which one to log in to.

Currently, that's not particularly feasible.
