I went onto Kayako's site and its not listed there.

I looked under add-ins and it wasn't there. Thats weird.

You can find it under the Purchase tab of your members area.

You can find some here: http://kayako.com/kayakomobile.php - also, search the Blog for recent updates to the software.

You can actually download it and trial the application before buying.

Thanks Jamie. It turns out I was going to www.kayako.net instead of .com. Why do they have a .net site that doesn't even work properly? They should forward that site to .com.

They represent two different servers. I will suggest www.kayako.net be forwarded to help those who make a mistake.

Especially considering that .net doesn't even work. The drop down menus are dead and its not up to date like the .com version.
