when I open a ticket to reply and change the status, it can't be done in same step. I need open the ticket and write the reply, then back to the tickets list, and open it again and change the status, then I update and both changes are done. If I do all in one step, only the reply is processed but not the status change.
Also, I suffer the lack of "Predefined replys" and an auto update setting like an email client, to have it checking for new tickets automaticly every X minutes. Now I need go to it and clic update an wait it to do all the update process. I prefer the app do that without my intervention so I just need open it and see the list, nothing new ? change again to other app. (some windows mobile notification for new tickets will be great) |
