https and Kayako Mobile - 25-06-2007, 05:06 AM

We have locked down our support suite to SSL Pages only. 80% of the time, I can make Kayako Mobile sync, but everyonce in awhile I get 443 error.

Also it seems that the staff email bug is back. When I reply from the PDA, it replys with the staff email, and not the primary support email.

Using Sprint: Mogul (HTC 6800) - Windows Mobile 6
SupportSuite: 3.10.00
Kayako Mobile: 3.0.4.6

403 or 443? (i think it's 403 because there's no 443 error: http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html)
403 = bad https identification.... then it shouldn't be supportsuite fault.

For the staff email bug, try to update to 3.10.02, maybe that'll fix the problem?

I thought the same thing, but the error is a 443 error code.

Host Name: support.madrooster.com Port: 443
Error Message: Trashed response from server (invalid header - 443)!

It's not an HTTP error code, i think that it might be an error with the client that doesn't like the answer of the server (too strict with headers?) then displays his internal error code: 443.

Can you copy on the forum the header that get denied?
