i love the k-mobile but it lacks a few things 1. when you exit, it should keep running in the background 2. Option to auto update tickets in it's own (if error auto try again) 3. Have option on K-Mobile sync with the contact and task via website vs. from outlook 4. Notify pop up of new tickets my $0.02  ServerTweak.comServerTweak.com: Premium Services, Powered by Customers.
