Kayako Mobile Auto Check?

I was justing thinking how about having Kayako Mobile check they tickets say every x minutes like my email checks every 20 mins! This way so I do not have to keep checking it and is there any development planned for the today plugin for Pocket PC (WM5) - I am currently running Kayako Mobile on my Treo 700wx which is great but have to check it often and would love autocheck in it.

I could just be missing something but who knows I still can't see if it is there.

we want this too. It just makes sense....and if it could have a Today screen hook, well then, you've just made a tool that is truly useful.

If that how about truning off the exit message or have the program go into mimize mode like most other programs.

Make this a poll and I am sure Ryan/Roger will implement this soon if there's a demand.
