I am not sure how many people use the Kayako Mobile, but when I reply to a ticket in Kayako Mobile. It replies as my email that is in my staff account and not the support center department like it does in the WinApp or web browser version. What happens is when the client replies to that message I sent. It goes to my personal email and nothing is recorded in the support center. This is not good because the ticket can't be track when you have multiple staff users. Anybody else run into this? It only happens in PDA browser and in Kayako Mobile. You can change it the full staff panel. But no problem when left to departments. Tab Mod for Staff Dashboard Client Side Ticket Search and Filter User Sync with Support Center and News |
