Now sometimes I sit there and talk to clients about an issue live at their location on site. How about allowing Kayako Mobile to make new tickets on behalf of a client like SupportSuite does allow phone or email ticket? We can do the same thing with Kayako Mobile so when you sync a tech can get right on it usefully for the remote jobs and things of that nature. |

Like I posted @ Kayako Mobile Auto Check? Make this a poll and I am sure Ryan/Roger will implement this soon if there's a demand. |
