| KayakoMobile, can't see all tickets? -

It's quite possible that I'm missing something, but I've futzed with it long enough to seek assistance.
We have Support Suite 3.20.02, and I'm trying to work with KayakoMobile. I originally had 3.1.0.8 installed, and just found a link to 3.2.0.0, which I installed.
It appears to synch fine (I don't get any errors), but so far, the only tickets I've been able to see are tickets with a status of 'Open'. if I go to other statuses, it shows me the ticket count in each status, but it doesn't show any tickets.
I've messed with the view options and what-not, but nothing seems to affect it.
Oh yeah, I'm trying this on an HTC (Cingular branded) 8525, with Windows Mobile 6.
