My helpdesk uses ISO-8859-7 as encoding (we had many problems with UTF-8 and incoming e-mails).
The problem is that with Kayakomobile I can't read any greek characters. They don't get displayed ****py, they aren't displayed at all! For example the phrase "Θέμα thema πάμε pame" gets displayed "thema pame".
When I post a reply with greek characters from
KM the answer doesn't get displayed in eSupport, however in IE when I change encoding to UTF-8 I can read the greek characters

The problem is that
KM reads/writes in UTF-8 encoding. Any help to make it work with ISO-8859-7 is appreciated. My ticket ID is RWS-912009 in case any Kayako staff member knows the solution and can pass it to the technician assigned to this ticket. The ticket is 80 days old with some replies but no solution to my problem
