Angry KayakoMobile not working? - 07-12-2006, 02:23 AM

I am a new user and like the idea of having a way to use my Audiovox 6700 with WM5 and respond to tickets.

I first installed the software verison 3.0.4.3, it never worked for me. Meaning I logged in, got it registered. All I saw was a blank screen. I would see the message count under the filter menu, otherwise nothing else. It could login and update, but no tickets.

Later I did a lot of searching and found this forum. I downloaded 3.0.4.5 and tried it again. I can now use the "view" options (before they would do anything) but still a blank screen. I see no tickets, nor can I create a new ticket.

What is going on?

What version of eSupport/SupportSuite are you running?

I see it is Version: 3.00.90 (it says the latest is 3.04.10) but upgrading is the last thing I want to do. My understanding there is functionality that you guys took away that I use. Plus why upgrade, if it ain't broke than don't fix it.

Keep in mind that my mobile software syncs, and it displays the number of tickets correctly in the filter view. I can check the views options with any problems (could do that with 3.0.4.3)

Unfortunately, you'll need to be running 3.04.10 in order to use KayakoMobile.
