I would love to see that it works on my nokia N Series phone.

You can look into using the WAP version. I use to use it for my old Nokia phone.

It should be called Kayako WinMo App, not Kayako Mobile since it does not support the other platforms.

Well officially it is called Kayako Mobile for Windows Mobile as it was detailed on the site initially. Maybe it should go back to that title...
