making a connection between kayakomobile --> SupportSuite v3.04.10 - 22-06-2007, 04:50 AM

I'm trying to get kayakomobile work on my pocketpc, got windows mobile 5.

every time that I press on sync he gives the error: Unable to access the approcpriate network connection. Error: 0x0000024

I've tryed it with GPRS (Orange world) and with my WiFi (at home, with provider: Planet Internet).

Have installed it many times to try, on my mem. card and on the pocketpc himself. Are first using the try out version.

Couldnt connect to the test database (wich is provided on: http://kayako.com/kayakomobile.php) and couldnt connect to the database from our servermanager company (who are using SupportSuite v3.04.10).

I've let kayako made a new db on my mem. card so it could download and put the tickets in it. fild in the correct url/user/passw. dont know what to do anymore..

Hi Kevers84,

It sounds like a connection issue on your Pocket PC - what do you have set for your The Internet connection?
