If you create a ticket on the PDA, and sync it to the helpdesk, then close the ticket via the Web GUI the next day a new ticket is created. If you close the ticket on the pda, instead of the WEBGUI this problem does not exist. Jeremy do you have steps to reproduce this? I created a new ticket in Kayako Mobile and then closed it on the web side, but no duplicate ticket is ever opened... -------------------------------------------------------------------
