I have kayako mobile tickets system. I have also askqued why there is not a live chat system for phones. I use a Windows Mobile phone and it fully supports skype, msn etc. Anyway. Have you people tried the new Opera mini browser? Its less then 100K small. Its works remotely on a server. This is the best browser i have ever seing for phones. Far better then the iphone too. Its java, very small, works on all phones, and since it works remotely it displays pages very fast and perfect. I have tested this and i can say i could log into my kayako and do almost all i do on a browser. I did not logged to the pocket or wap version, but the normal staff section you would normally log. I found it to be far easier then to use the Kayako mobile software. It gave me an error when i try to respond tickets but besides that it manages to do all functions you do normally on kayako. So with things like this outhere whats the excuse for Kayako not able to build a better mobile chat and tickets system? Look for yourself: miniopera.com try it!!! |
