Parsing ticket 7 is hanging KayakoMobile - 15-06-2007, 09:47 AM

I have installed KayakoMobile on my Windows Mobile 6 device (yes I know it doesnt officially show that OS as supported) and am getting an intermittent problem. When syncing it downloads all the data but then sometimes hangs (cancel etc.. fail to work, exit Kayakomobile to cancel in the end) on parsing ticket 7 (ticket number may just be coincidence). The helpdesk is constantly changing and therefore ticket 7 is likely different each time I sync. Any ideas?

Any update on this? Perhaps this issue has been resolved in one of the CVS Builds?

Did you try updating to http://hotfix.kayako.com/download/km...0.8-STABLE.exe ?

The latest builds of all addon applications can be found at Kayako Software Downloads if you ever have any issues. The latest build may indeed fix the problem you are having.

Just FYI, 3.1.0.8 does address the freezing upon sync bug. It is recommended that you also upgrade to the stable release that is forthcoming.
